This privacy policy describes how GALLASANDALLA collects, uses and protects the personal data you provide via the contact form, email or other communication channels. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Croatian Data Protection Act.
What data we collect
Via the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, available budget and a message describing the project. We collect data solely based on your voluntary input and only to process your inquiry.
Purpose of data processing
We use your data only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and set up the collaboration. Without your consent we do not use the data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data may be shared only with influencers and partners involved in a specific campaign, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the contracted services, under a confidentiality obligation.
Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose of collection, and no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention. After that period the data is securely deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the Croatian Data Protection Agency. To exercise your rights, contact us at gallasandalla@gsbussiness.com.
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Only authorized persons within the agency have access to the data.

The website may use essential cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use behavior-tracking cookies without your consent, except those provided by analytics tools in aggregated and anonymized form.
